Hereby, I wish to express my most sincere condolences over the loss of your son. I worked with Andrew for almost a year and the news about his death struck me profoundly. Never have I met such a person like Andrew. His sweetness, his generosity and his good heart filled our office and our lives. We spent so much time together and I regret that I had not met him before. I am proud to have known your son. There are very few people like Andrew Akleman.

I just remembered how we together looked at the sun being eclipsed, here in Sarajevo, while eating cevapi and drinking coffee afterwards... I am so much ashamed for not writing you before.
